We work directly with farming families in the villages of Rajasthan. The milk comes from their own desi-breed cows and buffaloes, churned the bilona way and slow-cooked over a wood fire, exactly as grandmothers made it.
And because trust should not be a leap of faith, we film it. Every pack is tied to a video of the exact home it was made in. You see the farm, the fire, and the hands behind your ghee.
